First of all, I would like to welcome you, dear reader, to my blog. Now, what the hell is all of this about?
Bucket of Code is a platform that I wish to build as my own journal of learning and discovery, of understanding this huge world of programming but not just limited to that, you will find content about life, learning, and most probably a lot of productivity tips and tricks 😉
Why am I writing this blog?
I mean there are probably millions of blogs online and am sure there are quite a lot of blogs based on coding, programming, and computer science in general so why write a new one?
Simply put, I am at the moment of writing this a university student doing my master’s in computer science and venturing into the world of software engineering and web development and hoping to have a career in the field, and I created this blog to write my own journey of learning to code and hopefully give some useful and worthwhile information along the way.
Why should you read this blog?
Well, that’s a pretty good question! And one I am happy to answer, in fact, I will give you a few reasons that you might want to keep on reading this blog.
- I write about programming, productivity and learning along with a sprinkle of philosophy and coffee! (mmm…coffee 🤤 ) so if you are interested in any of those topics, you will definitely enjoy my content.
- Programming is not about theory but action, and as I learn more and do more, I will write more about interesting facts, projects and just well about anything I find cool and who knows you might find it interesting it, you will have to keep reading to know 😉
- Did I mention I love coffee and I will probably talk a lot about coffee in this blog? Well if not then now you know 😄
So What’s the future of this blog?
More than a tutorial site, it’s a documentary of my own learning and a platform to express my thoughts and ideas and hope to create some amazing things in the future. My plan so far is to put around 3 pieces of content a week which will be a mixture of technical and non-technical pieces.
I hope you will enjoy the content I put on this blog and find it useful and if you enjoy it, please make sure to hit me up or share it with someone who you think would enjoy the content 😄
